TRA-2114 is a traffic safety consultant in southern California. He has a number of years of professional traffic safety experience that includes accident analysis. His research interests include the following: traffic safety; epidemiology; applied probability and stochastic processes; distribution theory; queuing theory; and traffic flow theory. He has university level teaching experience in mathematics and statistics. He has also taught seminars in transportation and accident analysis. TRA-2114 was the contractor and principal investigator for the U.S. Department of Transportation and the associate director for the Pennsylvania Transportation Institute.
