Toxicologist Expert (TOX-1354)

Toxicologist Expert. TOX-1354, a forensic chemist and certified medical technologist, is the president and founder of a toxicology laboratory specializing in drug testing, education, and research. His improvements in drug testing include a court-approved hair-testing method that has generated nearly one million tests for his laboratory. TOX-1354 has testified in court as an expert in forensic chemistry and toxicology several thousand times over the past thirty years. In addition to working with private attorneys and on nearly a thousand civil and criminal cases to date, he is an expert for several District Attorneys offices and interprets drug-related workmans compensation cases under a state contract. Recently he has been hired as a judicial consultant for the identification and testing of litigants in Nevada district courts and in jurisdictions outside of Nevada.
