Structural Engineer Expert (STR-1947)

Structural Engineer Expert. STR-1947 has 25 years of varied structural engineering and was the deputy director and former principal structural engineer in charge of the City of San Diegos structural plan review section. He has been in responsible charge of work covering structural design, contract administration, management, supervision, inspection, contract preparation and code compliance. STR-1947 has experience with code compliance, board of appeals cases, unreinforced masonry building ordinance development, and historic buildings plan review. STR-1947 is an expert on all aspects of the Uniform Building Code and the State Fire Marshals Regulations (T19 and T24).
