Structural Engineer Expert. STR-1708 has over 25 years of experience as a civil and structural engineer. In his capacity as a structural designer and project manager, he has participated in the design of bridges and commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings from single-story detached homes to multistory office buildings. Significant structures in which he has participated include the 1980 addition to the VA Hospital in Seattle, Washington; the 47-story Picasso Tower in Madrid, Spain; the 1991 addition to the Las Vegas Convention Center; and the new Clark County Government Center.
