ROA-1717 reviews roadway design defects to determine possibly dangerous conditions for safety liability issues. He also examines traffic control devices and systems for adequacy of design, construction and maintenance and for compliance with standards of practice to meet existing conditions. Additionally, he analyzes vehicle accident mitigation measures related to highway design and construction, access, parking and land use types. His diverse traffic engineering experience includes public and private experience with pedestrians, bicycles, motorbikes, automobiles, buses and trucks. He is also a consulting city traffic engineer.
