He is nationally recognized in the specialized field of long-range homeowner association budget consulting and software applications. With over a decade of professional experience as a reserve analyst, RES-2117 has personally prepared over 1,500 reserve analyses. His clients have ranged from small east coast timeshare resorts to sprawling master-planned communities in southern California and high-rise condominiums in Hawaii. He has authored a number of publications pertaining to reserve budgeting and management.
