Real Estate Expert (REA-1686)

Real Estate Expert. A California real estate agent and broker since 1977, REA-1686 has been active in the purchase and marketing of residential and commercial properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has owned and managed both large franchised companies and small independent firms. He holds the highest earned designation in residential real estate, CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and the prestigious GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute). Also a professional real estate speaker, he has spoken at five National Association of Realtors conventions and for such clients as Coldwell Banker, Century 21, Old Republic Title Company, and BankAmerica Mortgage. He has also taught business, communications, marketing, and finance at several colleges and universities in northern California. REA-1686 is also licensed to practice taxation before the Internal Revenue Service and is a Certified Financial Planner.
