Real Estate Appraisal Expert. REA-1346 has been an independent fee appraiser and consultant since June 1978, with varied experience in appraising and analyzing properties in Arizona. His clients have included governmental agencies, banks, savings and loan institutions, real estate brokers and developers, attorneys, and property owners. He has qualified as an expert witness in Maricopa, Pima, and Pinal County (AZ) Superior Courts and in Arizona and U.S. Bankruptcy Courts. In 1989 the City of Phoenix Minority Business Enterprise Affirmative Action Program honored his firm as the “Minority Consultant Firm of the Year”.
