Psychiatrist Expert. Since 1968, PSY-1898 has been associated with a medical school as associate clinical professor of psychiatry. He is also on the panel of San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles and Inyo County superior courts as a psychiatric expert. He has a private practice in forensic psychiatry and is on the staff with full privileges at four Southern California hospitals.
