Plant Pathologist Expert (PLA-1954)

Plant Pathologist Expert. PLA-1954 has been the president of his namesake firm in the northern California area since 1989. He offers advice and technical information on postharvest handling of fresh fruit, vegetables and ornamental plants. He specializes in sorting, grades and standards, cooling, sanitation, packing, packaging, transportation, storage and marketing of fresh produce as well as quality testing and evaluation, quality assurance and microbiological safety. PLA-1954 is an associate pomologist at the department of pomology of a University of California. He is the author of many publications and reports.
