As the Owner/Principal of Allman & Petersen Economics, LLC, San Francisco, CA, Dr. Allman has prepared economic reports and testified as an expert witness in trials involving economic valuations. He has provided securities analysis for Westerly Partners of Newport Beach, Silver Assets, Inc. of Sonoma, and Coastal Capital Partners of Sonoma. Along with that, he has conducted economic analysis for the San Joaquin County Land Utilization Trust and provided economic analysis to the Stockton East Water District.

Previously Dr. Allman was an Adjunct Lecturer in Economics from January, 1995 to 1998 at the Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA.
