Phillip H. Allman, Ph.D. is a Economics Expert Witness and is currently the Owner/Principal of an economic firm and a member of the National Association of Forensic Economics. Dr. Allman has worked on approximately 50 cases involving business damages for medical and dental practices.
Dr. Allman got his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Lake Forest College, Lake Forest, IL and Master of Science in Economics with a specialization in Labor Economics, Econometrics, and Public Finance from the Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ. Furthermore, Dr. Allman earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from the Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI with a specialization in Microeconomic Theory, Macroeconomic Theory, Monetary Theory, Public Finance, Statistics, and Demography.
As the Owner/Principal of Allman & Petersen Economics, LLC, San Francisco, CA, Dr. Allman has prepared economic reports and testified as an expert witness in trials involving economic valuations. He has provided securities analysis for Westerly Partners of Newport Beach, Silver Assets, Inc. of Sonoma, and Coastal Capital Partners of Sonoma. Along with that, he has conducted economic analysis for the San Joaquin County Land Utilization Trust and provided economic analysis to the Stockton East Water District.
Previously Dr. Allman was an Adjunct Lecturer in Economics from January, 1995 to 1998 at the Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA. The classes that he taught included Macroeconomic Analysis and Financial Markets and Institutions in the Master’s Degree Program & Introductory Microeconomic Analysis.
