Mr. Lupo was an Assistant Director of Safety at Roel Construction Company from 2001 to 2003. He was the Director of Safety at T.B. Penick & Sons from 2003 to 2013. He has been their Risk Manager since 2014.

Mr. Lupo came up in his career as a safety person by trade and has spent most of his career on job sites. In his current position, the safety staff works under him. He is responsible for the Management of both Safety and Human Resources Departments; Review contracts to identify requirements related to insurance, contracting, and financial risk, then develop programs with management and legal team to mitigate and control risks identified; Regulatory update reviews with both Safety and Human Resources Directors; etc.
