Otolaryngologist Expert. OTO-1823 is section chief of the head and neck surgery at a local VA medical center. He is associate dean for Continuing Medical Education at a southern California university. OTO-1823 is also a professor of surgery/ head and neck surgery. He is a staff physician and surgeon at several local hospitals and medical centers. OTO-1823 has published over 150 articles, books, and monographs.
