Orthopedic Surgeon Expert. ORT-1609 has been in private practice in southern California since 1965. He received his board certification in 1968. ORT-1609 is an attending physician at local hospitals and medical centers and a member of the Tau Beta Pi at Case Institute of Technology. He is a former president of a local county medical association and a former chairman of the Medicolegal Interprofessional Committee. He has served as a consultant for the Medical Board of California, a local county district attorneys office, local inspector generals office, and several hospitals in the surrounding areas.
