ORT-1187 has been in private practice of orthopedic surgery since 1970. He has also been a consultant for the California Youth Authority since 1986. ORT-1187 serves the California Medical Association Appeals Committee and the California Crippled Childrens Panel. He is a volunteer physician at local athletic events and was a former physician in attendance at football games. His articles include â€œUse of Telescoping Nails in the Treatment of Osteogenesis Imperfectaâ€ and â€œAuto Amputation on Meningeal Meningococcomeningitis and Chicken Poxâ€.
