Orthopedic Surgeon Expert. ORT-1153 is a qualified medical examiner with the state of California. He is also an expert medical reviewer for the Medical Board of California. He has conducted research projects at a university biomechanics lab, a thoracic research lab, and bone and connective tissue labs. Some of his articles for publications are “Strain Patterns in the Tibial Fracture Brace,” “Pantalar Fracture Dislocation of the Talus with Posterior Displacement,” and “Acute Volar Lunate Dislocation.”
