Orthopedic Surgeon Expert. In 1996, ORT-1897 qualified to become a State Certified Qualified Medical Evaluator in industrial medicine. He has a practice in orthopaedic surgery in southern California specializing in the surgery of the spine. Additionally, he is an assistant clinical professor of orthopaedic surgery at a university medical school.
