Ophthalmologist Expert. OPH-1589 received his board certification in ophthalmology in 1977. He has held positions as chief of retina service, director of an eye center at a southern California hospital, and clinical instructor in the school of medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Western Retina Study Club.
