Michael McAllister, MSRE, LEEDAP BD+C (Technical Expert Witness)

As a Budget Reviewer, Mr. McAllister approved nearly every budget for every common interest subdivision in San Diego and Imperial Counties during that time (on his resume it appears as “appraiser” for DRE, but the job description is budget approver.)  These approvals also include several out-of-state projects, which the DRE had jurisdiction over at that time, which were high end projects.  Currently, Mr. McAllister produces pro-forma budgets for subdividers for submittal to the DRE as well as produces reserve studies for existing homeowner associations.

Presently, Mr. McAllister is the Vice President of Forward Planning at The Management Trust. This is a position that he has held since July 2006. His responsibilities include forward planning assistance to real property developers on the formation of residential and commercial developments, including review of entitlements, contracts, easements and agreements.
