Marine Engineering Expert. MAR-2182 has over 30 years of experience in the fields of marine engineering and naval architecture. Presently, he is owner and president of a maritime consulting firm in South Orange, New Jersey since 1976. MAR-2182 is the primary analyst of most of the cases handled by the firm. He has developed and presented over 40 seminars on the subject of maritime liability avoidance and over 60 training programs on contract management for ship construction, repair and design.
