Insurance Litigation Expert. A lawyer, mediator, and arbitrator, INS-1448 limits his practice to insurance coverage, insurance fraud detection, the defeat of false and fraudulent claims, insurance claims handling, and resolution of insurance disputes. In addition to his practice, he is the president of a company that provides education and training to insurance claims professionals, agents, brokers, and lawyers. He also serves as an expert witness and consultant on issues of insurance coverage, insurance claims handling, insurance fraud, claims, and bad faith. He is the author of several articles, books, and columns.
