Insurance Expert. INS-1438 is the president and CEO of an insurance company. The company is engaged in the business of insuring workers compensation risk in California nursing homes. He is also a trustee for an employee pension trust fund, welfare fund, education fund, and legal fund. INS-1438 has worked for the California Department of Insurance as a trustee for Executive Life Insurance Company and as chief deputy insurance commissioner. From 1976 to 1979 he was a field attorney for the National Labor Relations Board, and from 1982 to 1983 he was a labor attorney.
