Human Factors Consultant Expert. HUM-2030 is currently principal of an industrial-organizational consulting firm. Her areas of specialty include job design, job and task analysis, program evaluation, training, risk management, Americans with Disabilities Act, OSHA, organizational development and assessment, and research instrument development and validation. She is also a senior scientist at a firm where she consults in industrial and organizational areas.
