General Contractor Expert (GEN-2031)

General Contractor Expert. GEN-2031 is currently the owner of an independent building inspection company. He has personally performed over 4,500 inspections in the last 13 years. He has been performing asbestos inspections and radon testing since 1988 as well as many other types of environmental inspections. In 1991, GEN-2031 developed a checklist-type inspection report system that is being marketed to home inspections nationwide in which over 600 companies are currently using this system. He has recently developed a software program designed for home inspectors, which uses the newest pen-based technology.
