Forensic Neuropsychiatrist Expert. FOR-1360 has a general outpatient psychiatry practice and also serves as a forensic consultant on a wide variety of civil and criminal matters. He has done over 300 evaluations of mental state at the time of any act or injury. Formerly he served as a consultant to the California Department of Corrections and several other agencies and organizations. He was also Chief, of Psychiatric Intensive Care at the West Los Angeles VA Medical Center, the major UCLA affiliated teaching hospital in psychiatry, for three years.
