Environmental Health and Safety Expert. ENV-1312 has about thirty years of experience in the environmental, health, and safety field. Currently, the federal government at a veterans affairs medical center employs him. Before working for the federal government, he was employed with the Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) for 23 years. He began his career with ARCO as an industrial hygiene consultant. In 1980 he became occupational and environmental protection manager for ARCO Solar Industries in California. After four years, he became health, safety and environmental manager for ARCO Pipe Line Company in Independence, Kansas. During his last 8 years at ARCO, he held the title of senior industrial hygiene and safety consultant at the corporate office in Southern California.
