Engineering Photography Expert. ENG-1628 specializes in engineering photography, the combining of photographic and optical techniques with engineering measurement procedures. He has been involved in the field for over 38 years. In 1963 he started an investigation firm specializing in the preparation of demonstrative evidence, which he operated for eight years. He spent the following eight years practicing law with an emphasis on consultation in engineering photography and demonstrative evidence. During his career, he has performed more than 3500 visibility studies (more than 1500 at night) using techniques derived in collaboration with engineers, physicists, and human factors psychologists. He is an accomplished expert witness and has qualified as such over 300 times since 1963.
