Engineering Expert (ENG-2173)

Engineering Expert. ENG-2173 has over 35 years of experience in the areas of engineering and geology. Since 1983 he has been independent engineering, mining, and geology consultant in Tustin, California. From 1981 to 1989 he was the state of Californias Secretary of Interiors advisor on geology, from 1987 to the present he testified as a technical witness before the U.S. Congress (House of Representatives and Senate) Interior/Energy and Natural Resources Committees, and from 1968 to 1977 he worked for the California Division of Mines and Geology as a geologist in Los Angeles. ENG-2173 has also worked as an engineering geologist for the State of California’s Department of Water Resources from 1963 to 1968.
