Employment Expert. EMP-2258 is the owner and principal consultant of a business specializing in personnel and diversity strategies. This includes awareness training programs, employee and management development, sexual harassment prevention, and employee-relations intervention. She has conducted many workshops and seminars on sexual harassment and has made frequent presentations to professional and civic groups on workplace issues. She also teaches a course on diversity strategies for University of California extension and writes a monthly newspaper column on workplace issues. Before starting her own consulting firm, EMP-2258 was the operations manager of multicultural programs for Apple Computer.
