Elevator Expert (ELE-1728)

Elevator Expert. ELE-1728 is an engineer and consultant with a thorough knowledge of all types of elevators and escalators–old and new, modern and obsolete. He has completed many modernizations and analyses for more efficient and safe elevators, including a complete survey for the State of Florida and modernizations for the City of Los Angeles. He has also been the elevator consultant for a northern California city and for its Housing Redevelopment Agency. ELE-1728s engineering experience includes seven years as the chief engineer for F.S. Payne Company. There he designed, developed, and directed the manufacture of complete elevator systems and associated equipment. He was also president of Madison Control Systems for several years. Admitted to the New York Bar, he has successfully mediated arbitrations between tenants and elevator installers.
