Dog Expert. DOG-2253 has been an accomplished dog trainer for more than 28 years. He has been the pet expert on “The Today Show” and is currently the pet expert on “Good Morning America.” The co-author of 13 books on dog training and behavior, he founded the National Institute of Dog Training in 1968. DOG-2253 has been a guest speaker on dog behavior on numerous occasions, including the Department of Animal Regulations, and the University of California at Davis, School of Veterinary Medicine.
