Cosmetology Expert. COS-1810 is owner and senior cosmetologist of a beauty salon in Northern California. She has eighteen years of experience in the field of cosmetology and thirteen years of small business ownership experience. Although she specializes in ethnic hair, she has a working knowledge of all hair types. She also has a working knowledge of the safety and sanitation regulations of the California State Board of Cosmetology and Barbering. COS-1810 often lectures at seminars pertaining to small business ownership and at beauty/hair shows. She also mentors and trains student cosmetologists. As a business owner she has extensive experience managing, training, supervising, and hiring cosmetologists. She has been a small-business consultant for over ten years.
