CON-2071 is president of an engineering consulting and design firm in southern California. He has over 30 years experience in all phases of medical device, consumer product, packaging, and toy design. To date, he has earned over 25 patents in these fields. He serves as an expert witness in patent and product liability legal proceedings. He has served as an expert witness for both plaintiffs and defendants. CON-2071 has first-hand knowledge and experience with prototype models, computer aided plastic part design, failure and hazard analysis, high volume plastic extrusion and injection molding, labeling, and packaging of medical devices and consumer products.
