With over 22 years experience, he has extensive knowledge in the evaluation of defective construction, forensic evaluation, and general construction claims.CON-1398 has assisted with claims involving commercial construction, educational facilities, water supply and wastewater treatment systems, healthcare facilities, and residential construction, including a $5.2-million defective construction claim on behalf of a Las Vegas homeowners association. He also prepared delay, interruption, and changed condition claims for the $32-million Hoover Dam Visitors Center Project. A former adjunct faculty member of two colleges, he has made presentations on construction management, defective construction, delay claims, risk management, and other topics.
