Computer Science Expert. COM-1389 is the chairman of the computer science and electrical engineering departments of a university, where he has taught since 1973. He reviews computer-related textbooks for several major publishers and is a referee and reviewer for a number of technical journals. Earlier in his career, he worked with I.B.M. in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., and in Paris, France. He has been a National Science Foundation Research Fellow, a Lady Davis Fellow, and visiting associate professor at M.I.T.
