Community Management Expert (COM-1169)

Community Management Expert. COM-1169 is the president of a community management consulting firm in Southern California. As president, she provides service to community associations, developers and management companies. The services that she provides include training, special projects, management audits, mediation, and management supervision. She began her career in the community management industry with Professional Community Management, Inc. (PCM), in 1983 as a community manager. In less than a year she was manager of operations. Before leaving PCM in 1994, she was director of management services and later vice president of management. She is one of about 800 community managers in the United States to receive the Professional Community Association Manager designation.
