Mr. Brigham has helped develop, implement, and sustain programs at a number of healthcare facilities that have reduced the frequency and severity of injuries to healthcare workers and patients during patient transfer activities. He also developed and presented at a healthcare ergonomics seminar which was co-sponsored by his employer, the American Hospital Association (AHA), and the Pennsylvania Healthcare Association (PHCA).

Mr. Brigham states he is very familiar with the OSHA requirements and regulations when working on construction sites. He was an OSHA Outreach Trainer for construction; he provided both the 10 and 30 hour training to clients, including mixes of individuals at all knowledge and experience levels. He supervised consultants from his company who were responsible for construction safety during a 15 month construction period for a refinery.
