Civil Engineering Expert (CIV-1381)

Civil Engineering Expert. CIV-1381 was a professor of civil engineering for nearly 30 years at San Jose State University, where he was also department chair. During the same period he was the executive vice president of Scientific Service, Inc., for 10 years and principal structural engineer at URS Research Company for eight. In both positions he was responsible for all structural engineering, research, and development. He has also worked at Philco WDL in Sunnyvale (senior engineer) and Lockheed Missiles and Space Company (engineer). Since retiring from the university, he has maintained his thirty-five-year consulting practice, serving the construction, engineering, and legal professions.
