Civil Engineer Expert. CIV-1968 has 26 years of experience in civil and geotechnical engineering, materials testing, construction inspection, safety regulations, code interpretation, and quality assurance. He has been responsible for construction inspection for structural steel, precast prestressed concrete, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, tilt-up structures and pile foundations for a wide-range of public, private and military facilities throughout California. CIV-1968 has instructed classes in the control and design of concrete mixtures at a southern California university. He is currently the manager of engineering support services where is he responsible for construction inspection and materials testing for both the field and laboratory.
