Civil Engineer Expert (CIV-1773)

Civil Engineering Expert. CIV-1773 has 20 years of engineering experience, including work on high-rise buildings and post-tensioned concrete, and with commercial and residential design and construction. Formerly employed with The Raiser Organization, Freyssinet Corporation and the Preston Corporation, he has been president of a northern California engineering company since 1982. He is responsible for implementing design/build solutions for a wide variety of civil and structural engineering projects and repairs. CIV-1773 specializes in drainage and leak investigation, the repair of foundations, and designing and implementing solutions for structural settlements. He has expertise in a wide array of civil and structural engineering issues relating to commercial and residential real estate and buildings. He also performs design analysis for seismic upgrading projects, retaining walls, and related soil investigations.
