Civil Engineer Expert. In the past 25 years, CIV-1268 has designed and supervised the design of many buildings, from high-rise hotels to low-rise commercial facilities and housing. Since 1995 he has been the executive vice president of an engineering firm. He has had experience in the structural design of bridges, dams, industrial facilities, and specialty structures as well as plan checking of many structures. He has also provided expert witness testimony involving building design and construction.
