Charles H. Hammersley, Ph.D., M.Ed., B.S. is a Recreation Management Expert Witness who is presently a Professor at Northern Arizona University and an Associate Professor at Arizona University. Previously, he was an Assistant Professor at University of Maine – Presque Isle where he taught computer applications in leisure services, management of leisure services and program planning.
Dr. Hammersley earned his BS in Recreation from University of Florida, Gainesville, and M.Ed. in Recreation Administration from Georgia State University, Atlanta. After that, he did Ph.D. in Education from University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, where he majored in Recreation Management.
