Cardiovascular Surgeon Expert. CAR-1063 is a member of cardiovascular surgery practice. He is also the subsection chairman of cardiovascular surgery at a local hospital. He was previously chief of surgery and medical director of the Cardiac Rehab Department at Medical Center One in Bismarck, North Dakota.
