Business Appraiser Expert. BUS-2039 is a business appraiser in northern California. He is one of the few people in the United States to be examined and certified by all three professional valuation societies: American Society of Appraisers, Institute of Business Appraisers and the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts. BUS-2039 has had articles published and cited in several journals in addition to contributing chapters concerning business valuation for three text books. BUS-2039 is the founding editor of Business Valuation Review the leading journal in the field of business appraisal. In addition, he has had extensive experience as a forensic consultant in such security litigation matters as suitability, churning, unauthorized trading, supervision, market manipulation and offering circulars.
