Dr. Weinberg is a Medical Expert Witness who is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences at Emory University, Atlanta, GA, and an attending Physician at Emory University Hospital. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology, and is also Board Certified in Neuroradiology.
Dr. Weinberg did BS in Engineering Science with a concentration in Biomedical Engineering at University of Tennessee Knoxville, Tennessee(1997 – 2001), Ph. D. at Case Western Reserve University Cleveland, Ohio(2001 – 2007) and MD at Case Western Reserve University Cleveland, Ohio(2001 – 2009).
Dr. Weinberg has won several honors and awards during his time both as a student and as a professional. He has continued to develop into an excellent physician throughout his career. He was also a part of Introduction to Academic Radiology Program, RSNA/AUR/ARRS, 2011 and Radiology Resident Scholars Program, University of Texas Southwestern-Medical Center Dallas, Texas, 2012-2013.
Along with being an excellent professional, Dr. Weinberg has also been involved in several peer review activities as well which includes Grant Reviewer – Trainee Grants at Radiological Society of North America in 2019, Ad Hoc Contract Reviewer – SBIR Grants at National Institutes of Health in 2020, Ad Hoc Reviewer – Clinical Translational Imaging Science Study Section at National Institutes of Health in 2022 and Grant Reviewer – American Cancer Society Pilot Grants at Winship Cancer Center since 2021.
