Banking Expert. BAN-1753 has been president of a banking consulting firm since 1989. He provides consulting and litigation support to law firms, banks, and insurance and bonding companies. His areas of specialty include lender liability, board of directors, code of conduct, branch administration, credit policy, loan review and analysis, conflict of interest, insider transactions, personnel, and operations policy and procedures. He has provided litigation consultation on over 300 cases in both federal and state courts. His trial and deposition experience began in 1990.
