Attorney Expert. ATT-1955 is a partner of a southern California law firm in the Intellectual Property Group. He has experience in technical fields involving intellectual property matters encompassing a broad spectrum of chemical and biochemical processes, compositions and related arts as well as mechanical and electrical products. He has represented numerous U.S. and foreign companies in obtaining and licensing rights in virtually every technology including biotechnology and advanced computer software and hardware. ATT-1955s licensing experience covers patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, and personal rights. He is an adjunct professor of trademark law and unfair competition at a southern California university. He has published numerous articles in the field of patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.
