Architect Expert (ARC-1349)

Architect Expert. ARC-1349 began his career as an architect and general contractor in 1977. He has worked on condominiums, single-family residences, and commercial, industrial, and office buildings. He has special expertise with the following construction defects: water intrusion of windows, doors, roofs, decks, bath enclosures, and retaining walls; fire assemblies for fire walls; and floor/ceiling draft stops. He also has expertise in architectural features such as exterior plaster, veneers and wood finishes, interior drywall, tile, and cabinets. ARC-1349 serves plaintiff and defense attorneys as an expert witness and as an architectural forensic investigator.
