Arbitration and Mediation Expert. ARB-1395 has provided expert witness testimony in a wide range of disputes. Presently the chairman of a multi-office, multi-industry-sector project management firm, he has over 35 years of project management experience. He has managed a broad range of design and construction projects. He has designed numerous buildings, wastewater systems, water systems, streets, and unique projects such as a park, bridge, dam, and industrial facility. His many clients in these projects have included the Veterans Administration, San Mateo Medical Center, Ramada Inns, San Jose State University, Security Pacific Bank, Los Angeles County, CitiCorp, and the City of Los Angeles. He is also an arbitrator and mediator of construction disputes.
