Appraiser Expert (APP-1235)

Appraiser Expert. APP-1235 is the president of a real estate appraisal company and serves as the company’s chief appraiser. He has been an appraiser since 1972, when he was a corporate partner appraiser for an appraisal firm performing contract work for State and Federal condemnation actions, right of way assignments, and many industrial, commercial, and residential appraisals. From 1976 until 1981 he was national housing program director and consulting appraiser for a federally funded program to rehabilitate inner-city residential and commercial areas. While there, he designed the current HUD-operated Urban Homesteading Program.
